How can I unsubscribe from emails?
To stop receiving our marketing emails, just follow these quick steps:
1. Open any email you’ve received from PollyTips.
2. Scroll to the bottom and find the “Unsubscribe” link.
3. Click it, and you’ll be removed from future emails automatically.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. The e-mail will contain shipment details, the tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery. It is also possible to track your order using the Shop App.
What countries do you ship to?
We ship straight to Canada & the USA.
Do you ship to every province in Canada?
At this time, shipping is unavailable to Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and Yukon.
Do you ship to all states in the USA?
At this time, shipping is unavailable to Alaska, American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, and Armed Forces locations (America, Europe, Pacific).
Do You Ship internationally?
We currently offer shipping services exclusively within Canada and the United States. At this time, we do not ship to international destinations.
How long does it take for me to get my nails?
Processing time is 3-5 business days following payment verification, with the possibility of slightly longer processing times due to unforeseen circumstances, although this is rare. All orders will receive a tracking number for shipment tracking.

• Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 1 to 2 business days.
For the United States (Cross-border)
• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 4 to 8 business days.

Please be aware that the shipping cost shown at checkout for deliveries within the United States does not include any potential import fees, taxes, or brokerage charges. These additional charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient. We kindly advise considering these potential costs before proceeding with your order.
Which carrier do you use for shipping?
We rely on UPS as our primary carrier for shipments within Canada and USPS as our primary carrier for shipments within the United States.

How do I check the status of my order?
To track your order, log in to your PollyTips account. Once your order is placed, you’ll also receive an email with a tracking number. If you checked out with Shop Pay, you can track your order directly through your Shop Pay account as well.
How do I cancel my order?
Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of the purchase. Once the order starts being processed, it is no longer possible to cancel.

Can I return or exchange my order?
Due to the nature of our handmade press on nails, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
To help you find the right size for each nail and ensure a perfect fit, we provide a Sizing Kit with your first order. Please note that we do not accept exchanges or refunds for incorrect sizing. It is your responsibility to follow the provided instructions to size your nails correctly.
Some Designed and Custom Sets include extra nails with gems to ensure you can replace any nails if needed.
For the express press on nails ✿, if you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt as long as the nails are unused and in their original condition. A $7 return label fee applies for refunds to your original form of payment. If your nails arrive damaged or defective, please contact our Customer Team within 14 days so we can help.
What if my order arrives damaged or has an issue?
If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged while in the custody of UPS or the USPS, it is important to note that all matters concerning lost packages fall under the purview of UPS and the USPS. We kindly request you to contact your nearest UPS or USPS office to address any shipment-related issues. After contacting UPS or the USPS regarding your missing package, please inform us of any ongoing issues. If the matter remains unresolved, we'll work to find a solution.

After that, you can proceed to checkout and receive your order.

Every set of PollyTips handmade nails is made from soft gel materials.
How long will my handmade nails stay on?
PollyTips handmade nails are crafted with a strong emphasis on quality! When properly prepared and applied using liquid glue, they can last for 14+ days. If you opt for sticky tabs, they can last for 2-3 days.
Can I reuse my PollyTips handmade nails?
They are reusable with proper removal and care on average up to 5 times. Many of our customers even report getting more wears than that.
Do designed and custom sets come with extra nails?
Yes, some Designed and Custom Sets include extra nails with gems to ensure you can replace any nails if needed.

We offer a Universal Sizing Kit, so you don’t need to purchase a separate Sizing Kit for each nail shape. We’ll handle the conversion of your measurements to match our various nail shapes and lengths. A Sizing Kit is sent for FREE with your 1st order.
