Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of the purchase. Once the order starts being processed, it is no longer possible to cancel. 

 

Returns and exchanges

Due to the nature of our Handmade Press On Nails, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

To help you find the right size for each nail and ensure a perfect fit, we provide a Sizing Kit with your first order. Please note that we do not accept exchanges or refunds for incorrect sizing. It is your responsibility to follow the provided instructions to size your nails correctly.

Some Designed and Custom Sets include extra nails with gems to ensure you can replace any nails if needed.

For the Express Press On Nails ✿, if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order within 14 days of delivery, provided the nails are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

A $7 CAD return label fee will be deducted from refunds issued to the original form of payment.

For hygiene reasons, opened, used, or damaged products cannot be returned or exchanged.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our Customer Team within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we'll be happy to help resolve it.

Refunds will be processed once the returned items have been received and inspected.

Damages and issues

If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged while in the custody of UPS or the USPS, it is important to note that all matters concerning lost packages fall under the purview of UPS and the USPS. We kindly request you to contact your nearest UPS or USPS office to address any shipment-related issues. After contacting UPS or the USPS regarding your missing package, please inform us of any ongoing issues. If the matter remains unresolved, we'll work to find a solution.
