Looks exactly as on the picture. I was very impressed with how well the nails stayed on for a few days with the tabs. They are very easy to use and have some flexibility. You do not have to worry about putting them on perfectly on the nails. You have a bit of give to adjust the nail before you press it on. The tabs soften up when you put your hands in hot water, which makes them easy to remove. Or press on the nail for it to glue back on tightly.
