Shipping Methods and Times

We offer the following shipping methods:

  • For Canada (Domestic)
  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 3 to 9 business days.
  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 1 to 2 business days.
  • For the United States (Cross-border)
  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 4 to 8 business days.
  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 2 to 3 business days.
  • We currently offer shipping services exclusively within Canada and the United States. At this time, we do not ship to international destinations. 

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or carrier delays.

 

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3 to 5 business days following payment verification. During periods of high demand or during special sales events, processing times may extend slightly beyond this range. Please note that we process orders for shipment from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. In the rare event of any significant delays with your order, we'll promptly notify you.

 

Shipping Costs

  • Standard shipping is FREE on all press on nails.
  • For Canada (Domestic): Standard Shipping is FREE.
  • For the United States (Cross-border): Standard Shipping is FREE.
  • The cost of express shipping is determined by factors such as order value, shipping destination, and the selected express shipping option during checkout.

Please be aware that the shipping cost shown at checkout for deliveries within the United States does not include any potential import fees, taxes, or brokerage charges. These additional charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient. We kindly advise considering these potential costs before proceeding with your order.

 

Delivery Areas

We currently ship to all Canada provinces as well as territories and the United States (except Alaska and Hawaii). 

 

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. The e-mail will contain shipment details, the tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery. It is also possible to track your order using the Shop App. 

 

Shipping Carrier

We rely on UPS as our primary carrier for shipments within Canada and USPS as our primary carrier for shipments within the United States.

 

    Returns and Refunds

    Lost or Damaged Items

    To mitigate the risk of fraudulent claims, please be aware that we are unable to assume responsibility for packages once they are in the possession of the UPS or USPS service. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged while in the custody of UPS or USPS, we regret that we cannot replace the items. It is important to note that all matters concerning lost packages fall under the purview of UPS and USPS. We kindly request you to contact your nearest UPS or USPS office to address any shipment-related issues.
